As it is in Micah 7:6 NKJV
‘For son dishonors father,
Daughter rises against her mother,
Daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law;
A man’s enemies are the men of his own household.’
The last days are here, and they have the same correlation as the old days of Israel in Judges when they neglected God and decided to live according to their ways. How they strayed and got much more lost than they even were whilst in Egypt.
And so is this era, in its neglect of God.
Trusting their ways to survive and that’s why many have gone to shambles and beyond redemption. The line between sanity and madness has been blurred and he who tries to demarcate it again is treated as the outcast. We have gone from a point of accepting all sorts of sexuality to now accepting sex offenders of young children as “minor attracted persons” because we don’t want to offend them. Tell me how far are we from accepting and normalising zoophilia?
These are the end times when more demons than there were before are being released into the earth. If you need any further signs, look into the new kinds of weirdness being normalised in our world. From accepting pure criminals to now punishing us for calling them out.

And what can we do, in such dark days like ours?
Apart from upholding the little faith and strength we have in Christ Jesus, our word and salvation. That’s the only measure worth using otherwise the rest has been compromised, the truth has been made a lie and what was utter darkness has become the ‘light’ to this world. Only those who stand strong in the midst of persecution, yes even when your own household rises up against you—we were warned of such things in these latter days. Instead of crying and holding grudges, you ought to look to God.
For He is our only guide and torch in this world. And if the world has neglected the truth, does it mean the truth has changed?
No, the truth holds and endures forever. That which is in the word of God through Jesus Christ.
The way forward
Now brethren, when the darkness increased, the light increased even the more— for the light shines in the darkness and the darkness comprehended it not.(John 1:5 KJV)
In these end times, the knowledge of Christ is much more famous than before(Daniel 12:4), His teachings more numerous and therefore His works should be more manifest. But are they really?
Are we seeing the same power in the current church as it was during the days of the Apostles?
Yes, brethren. There are more miracles than before in our current world.
But where are they happening if we aren’t seeing them in our churches?
They are where the Father resides, in the secret place. The word of the Lord was very scarce in the days of Saul because Israel had abandoned God and picked up the ways of the cities they conquered and fallen far from grace. But when we see Samuel reawakening the secret place—that even a Saul prophesied(1 Samuel 19:24).
‘And he stripped off his clothes also and prophesied before Samuel in like manner, and lay down naked all that day and all that night. Therefore they say, “Is Saul also among the prophets?”
Now how come a person like Samuel managed to bring down such power in times when even the word of the Lord was scarce?
It was in the secret place.
Let’s go back to the secret place, being intimate with the Holy Spirit and in pure prayer, intercession and supplications. Then shall we reawaken the fallen glory of the church.
If we want to see these miracles in our life—there is a sacrifice to make. Not just confessing Jesus as our Lord and saviour but going deeper than mere religious people and making this faith a lifestyle and a cause worth dying for. Because it actually is, for great is the reward in heaven for those who commit their lives to service to Christ. (Mathew 5:12)
As the voice in Revelation 16:15 put it;
“Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.”
This is among the warnings God gives us about these days. The end may seem far off tomorrow but is very much here before our eyes.
As it was in the days of Noah, so will it be. Noah kept warning the people while he built the ark but not a single person listened. And so is it in our days, God keeps sending us messengers and we keep on taking them lightly.
As it was, nobody paid attention to Noah; till the day he entered the ark. And so will it be today.
